What you get with Telugu subtitles in quso.ai

Timed subtitles from the audio

Choose Telugu (తెలుగు) when you upload and quso.ai writes the subtitles with start and end times for every line.

Edit every line

Fix a word, change the timing, delete or add a line. In the transcript, Correct everywhere fixes a repeated word in one go.

10 styles, your font

Pick a caption preset, then upload your own font and set colors, outline and background. Download the video with captions burned in, or an SRT file on a paid plan.

How to add Telugu subtitles to a video

  1. Upload the video. Drop in an MP4, MOV, M4V or WebM file, or paste a YouTube link.
  2. Choose Telugu (తెలుగు). The language has to match the speech in the video.
  3. Check the text. Read the first minute in the Subtitles panel and fix anything the AI misheard.
  4. Style and download. Pick a caption style and font, then download the video with the captions burned in (720p with a watermark on the free plan, 1080p on paid plans) or, on a paid plan, the SRT file.

Telugu subtitles: what to check

  • Give Telugu letters room. Telugu letters are rounded and carry vowel signs and conjuncts above and below. Raise the caption size a step and keep captions clear of the bottom edge on vertical video.
  • English words are common. Telugu videos, especially tech and film channels, switch into English often. Read the first minute and fix repeated words with Correct everywhere.
  • Film and music in the background. Background songs make transcription harder. Remove or lower the music before upload if you can, or check those stretches line by line.
  • Check the font. If letters look broken, upload a Telugu font such as Noto Sans Telugu or Ramabhadra.

What the subtitles look like

A subtitle line from a video spoken in Telugu, as it looks in an exported SRT file:

1
00:00:00,000 --> 00:00:02,400
మా ఛానల్‌కు స్వాగతం.

Font: A Telugu font such as Noto Sans Telugu or Ramabhadra.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do some Telugu letters look broken in my captions?+
The caption font doesn’t fully support Telugu conjuncts. Upload a Telugu font such as Noto Sans Telugu in the Subtitles panel and apply it.
How do I add Telugu subtitles to a video?+
Upload the video to quso.ai, choose Telugu as the spoken language, check the text in the editor, pick a caption style and download the video with the subtitles burned in. On a paid plan you can also download an SRT file.
Can I download Telugu subtitles as an SRT file?+
Yes, on any paid plan: use the download icon in the editor’s Subtitles panel. The free plan downloads the video with the captions burned in. quso.ai doesn’t export VTT.
Can quso.ai translate a video into Telugu?+
No. quso.ai writes subtitles in the language that’s spoken in the video. A video spoken in Telugu gets Telugu subtitles; it doesn’t translate other languages into Telugu.
Is it free?+
Creating an account is free. Where quso.ai offers a free plan, it includes 75 credits a month (one credit is one minute of video) and exports at 720p with a quso.ai watermark. In other countries you buy credit packs. See pricing for your country.
