quso.ai Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between Vidyoai Internet Ventures Inc ("quso.ai", "we", "us") and you, a member of the quso.ai affiliate program ("you", "partner"). You accept them when you tick the box to accept them, or when you keep promoting quso.ai or accepting payouts after we email you about them. They add to the quso.ai Terms of Service; where the two differ on the affiliate program, these terms apply.

The short version

  • You earn 30% of every payment from customers you refer (after taxes and payment fees), for as long as they stay subscribed and you stay in the program.
  • We pay by PayPal on the 15th of each month once your balance reaches $20.
  • Share your link in your own content. Do not run ads on our name, do not post codes on coupon sites, and do not buy through your own link.
  • If a payment is refunded or disputed, its commission is reversed.
  • Payout dates are targets. We may hold or deny commissions that we reasonably believe break these terms, and we tell you why.

1. Joining

1.1 Joining is free. You need a free affiliate account (the program runs on FirstPromoter) and, before your first payout, a PayPal account and a tax form.

1.2 We may decline any application, and we may close any account at any time and for any reason, including if the information you give us is false.

1.3 You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement.

2. How you earn

2.1 You earn 30% of the net amount we receive from every payment a customer you refer makes for a paid quso.ai plan, monthly or yearly. The net amount is what the customer paid after discounts, less taxes and payment-processing fees, converted to US dollars. You keep earning on that customer's payments for as long as they stay subscribed, while your account is open and the program runs (see sections 7 and 8). There is no cap.

2.2 A person becomes your referral when they click your link and sign up or buy within 30 days, and yours is the last affiliate link they clicked. From then on, their payments earn you commission. A partner code we issue to you credits you when a customer uses it, with or without a click.

2.3 Free signups do not earn commission. You start earning when a referred user moves to a paid plan.

2.4 No commission is paid on:

  • purchases by you, your household, your business, or any account you control;
  • payments that are refunded, reversed or disputed (see section 5);
  • traffic or sales that break section 3;
  • sales we cannot verify in our tracking records.

2.5 From time to time we run promotions, for example a higher rate on first payments for a set period. We announce each promotion's rate and dates by email. When it ends, the standard rate applies again. We may change or end a promotion early, with notice by email.

2.6 Special terms we agree with you in writing (for example a private campaign or a partner code) apply on top of these terms.

2.7 We decide whether a referral, sale or commission qualifies, based on our tracking records and the rules in these terms. We are not responsible for referrals lost to cookie blocking, ad blockers, browser settings or technical failures.

3. How you may promote quso.ai

Allowed: your own videos, posts, stories, podcasts, blogs, newsletters, courses, communities and client recommendations.

Not allowed:

3.1 Paid ads with your link. Clicks from paid ads are blocked and do not earn commission.

3.2 Ads on our name, by any route. Do not bid on, target or use in ad text any of these terms, in any search, social or display ad network (including broad match, Performance Max and dynamic search ads), even if the ad sends people to your own page first: quso, quso.ai, quso ai, vidyo, vidyo.ai, vidyo ai, their misspellings, and any of them combined with words such as coupon, promo, discount, code, deal, review, pricing, login or alternative. We do not give permission for brand ads, including when you pay the ad costs yourself.

3.3 Coupon and deal sites. Do not list quso.ai offers or codes on coupon, deal, cashback or voucher sites unless we approve it in writing, and then only with a code we issued to you. Do not publish codes we did not issue to you, invented codes, or expired codes.

3.4 Your partner code stays yours. Share it in your own content. If it appears on coupon sites or in ads, we may switch it off and issue a new one.

3.5 Incentives. Do not pay or reward people to sign up or buy, and do not pass part of your commission back to the buyer, unless we approve it in writing.

3.6 Fake traffic. No bots, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames, pop-unders, browser extensions that insert links, fake accounts, or stolen payment details.

3.7 Spam. No unsolicited bulk email, DMs or comments, and no messages to people who did not ask to hear from you.

3.8 Honest claims. Describe quso.ai, its prices and its features accurately. Do not suggest that you are quso.ai, its support team or an official partner unless we have agreed that in writing.

3.9 Our name and marks. You may use the quso.ai name and the logos in the brand kit (under Assets in your affiliate dashboard) to promote the program. Do not register domains, social handles, app names or accounts that contain quso, quso.ai or vidyo, and do not change our logos.

4. Disclosure

4.1 Tell your audience clearly that you earn a commission, in words they will understand, for example "I earn a commission if you buy through my link." A label such as "affiliate link" on its own may not be enough.

4.2 Put the disclosure next to the link or recommendation, where people see it before they click. In videos, livestreams and podcasts, also say it in the video or audio itself.

4.3 Follow the advertising and disclosure laws that apply where your audience is. In the US these include the FTC Endorsement Guides.

4.4 We may ask you to fix a missing or unclear disclosure, and we may hold commissions until you do.

5. Refunds, disputes and reversals

5.1 If a payment is refunded, charged back or disputed, the commission on it is reversed. If that commission has already been paid, we deduct it from your future commissions.

5.2 Before each payout we review commissions for refunds, disputes and breaches of section 3. We may hold a commission while we check it. We tell you if we do, and we finish the review within 90 days, unless a bank, payment provider or authority needs longer.

5.3 We may withhold, reverse or deny any commission that we reasonably believe came from fraud, invalid or self-generated traffic, a breach of these terms, or a tracking error. We tell you the reason in writing. You can reply with evidence within 30 days, and we review it before we decide. After that review, our decision is final.

6. Payouts

6.1 We aim to pay on the 15th of each month for commissions from the previous calendar month, by PayPal, in US dollars.

6.2 The minimum payout is $20. A smaller balance carries over to the next month. Earned commissions (approved and not reversed) do not expire.

6.3 Before your first payout you must add a PayPal email and the right US tax form under payout details in your dashboard: a W-9 if you are a US person, a W-8BEN if you are a non-US individual, a W-8BEN-E if you are a non-US business, or another form the IRS requires for your situation. We cannot pay without them.

6.4 You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. If the law requires us to withhold tax, we pay the amount after withholding.

6.5 Payout dates are targets, not guarantees. A payout can be late because of payment provider delays, bank holidays, missing payout details or tax forms, or a review under section 5. Such a delay is not a breach of these terms, and no interest, fee or penalty is owed. We pay within 15 days after the cause is resolved.

6.6 We pay only to the PayPal account in your dashboard. We are not responsible for payments sent to details you gave us, or for fees, holds or currency conversion that PayPal applies.

6.7 If you do not raise a question about a payout within 60 days of it, the payout is final.

7. If something goes wrong

7.1 If you break these terms, we may close your account and deny the commissions from the transactions or traffic affected by the breach, following section 5.3. Where we cannot yet separate affected commissions from others, for example in a fraud case, we may hold your unpaid commissions until the review ends.

7.2 You may leave at any time, and we may close your account as described in section 1.2.

7.3 When your account closes, for any reason, commission stops on payments made after the closing date.

7.4 After your account closes, or the program ends, we pay your full earned balance in a final payout, even if it is under $20, once you have valid payout details and a tax form, and after the checks in section 5.

8. Changes

8.1 We may change these terms, the commission rate or the program, and we may suspend or end the program.

8.2 We tell you about changes by email. A change that lowers the commission rate, stops commission on existing referrals, or ends the program takes effect at least 14 days after that email. Other changes take effect at least 7 days after it. Changes needed for legal, security or fraud reasons can take effect at once.

8.3 A change applies only to activity and payments after it takes effect. It never reduces commissions you have already earned. If the program ends, section 7.4 applies.

9. General

9.1 You are an independent partner, not our employee or agent, and you cannot make commitments for us.

9.2 Our tracking records decide which sales are credited. If you think a sale is missing, tell us within 60 days and we will check it.

9.3 The program, the dashboard and our tracking are provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

9.4 To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions we paid you in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits. This limit does not apply to commissions you have earned that we owe under these terms, or to any liability the law does not allow us to limit.

9.5 You will cover our losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, from claims caused by your promotion methods, your content or your breach of these terms.

9.6 We may transfer these terms. You may not transfer them without our written consent.

9.7 If one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term, we keep the right to enforce it later.
